| Crystal Palace originated in Gallup,NM USA. The masterminds behind it being Paula and Robert. Paula from Boston moved to Gallup some years back and played guitar around in coffee shops and such with friends and what. Robert, originally a product of Oakland CA grew up in Gallup most of his life, also played around in places including a resteraunt called the Rocket Cafe. Robert First met Paula skating around in Gallup as she was freaking out about her ex sitting on a mirror. It's a long story. So I hung out at her house and she found I could play guitar and the same for me. Later on she asked me if I would play guitar for her in a talent show so I did. From there things just fell together. Paula plays guitar and use to sing in the high school choir and has an awesome voice. Robert has played guitar for some years and has been in several different bands. Right now Paula is looking at moving to Idaho while Robert resides in Rio Rancho NM. | Crystal
Palace: 1.Won 1st prize at the Gallup BOTBs 98. 2.Played w/Brixton and Vincent Craig at GHS 98. 3.Played and lost w/honors at the Rio Rancho BOTBs 99. 4.They are named after the vodka. 5.Don't currently have a steady drummer. 6.Are planning to record some songs. 7.Do the best covers. (sometimes) 8.Have two vocalists. (kinda) 9.May record full album someday. 10.Have decided that this More info. section is the stupidest thing on the web currently. |
